cancellation policy

This policy is designed to limit regular cancellation of tutoring sessions, as well as to ensure respect and fairness between students and myself.

• If a student is unable to attend a scheduled tutoring session, notice must be given to Shelley Davey at least 24 hours before the lesson time. Notification should be sent by email to shelley@brightonmaths.co.uk or by text message to 07712 890294.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

• Missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours cannot usually be rearranged or refunded.
